Customer Success Manager (w/m/x)

YOUR MISSION
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, highly skilled individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing B2B startup. Be the face towards our customers ​and ensure they derive maximum value from our product.
In this role, you will become an important part of scaling our B2B communications platform. You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams, be the internal advocate for the customer, and ensure the customer experience is at the heart of all actions and decisions made.
YOUR TASKS

  • You are the face towards our clients and foster positive customer relationships by leading with excellence and proactivity
  • You help our clients to successfully drive business value from our products
  • You are responsible for customers having a positive onboarding, adoption, and expansion experience
  • You lead and conduct kick-off meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
  • You design Customer Success processes that help us to scale our B2B communications platform rapidly
  • You collaborate with the development team to integrate our platform and troubleshoot technical issues
  • You collaborate with our Sales and Product teams to build and improve our platform from a customer’s perspective

YOUR PROFILE
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a B2B Customer Success or Account Management role in a fast-paced environment
  • You have prior experience in working with technology products (ideally SaaS) as some level of technical understanding is needed to succeed in this role
  • You have experience in up- & cross-selling, previously held a quota and consistently reached your targets
  • You are deeply empathic towards customer needs and enjoy finding expert solutions for them
  • You are a team-player and enjoy collaborating with other departments
  • You are highly organised with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  • You are a problem-solver who seeks to remove hurdles for customer and internal teams
  • You have strong communication, sales and data skills
  • You are fluent in German and English
