Head of Customer Solutions & Success (m/f/x)

YOUR MISSION
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, highly skilled individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing B2B startup backed by world-class investors (Point Nine, Creandum, B-to-venture, & others). Be the face towards our customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our product.

In this role, you will be building and leading the team that shapes all customer interaction, builds valuable and long-lasting relationships with relevant enterprises and cool brands, as well as tackles technical challenges for the customer. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Tech teams, be the internal advocate for the customer's needs, and ensure the customer experience is at the heart of all actions and decisions made.
YOUR TASKS
  • You are the face towards our customers and help them to successfully derive business value from our products
  • You foster positive customer relationships by leading with excellence and proactivity while being brilliant at managing expectations and resolving conflict
  • You ensure our customers have a pleasant onboarding experience, successfully integrate with our platform, and are well taken care of along the journey
  • You are quick to troubleshoot a customer's technical difficulties, lead and conduct technical scoping meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, and own the integrations of all customers
  • You are the internal expert for the customers' needs and collaborate with our Sales, Product, and Tech teams to scale our B2B communications platform rapidly
  • You can build, manage, and grow a team of stellar talent
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have 7+ years of experience working in a B2B Customer Solutions, Support, or Success role in a fast-paced environment 
  • You have some coding or data science experience - e.g., understanding API documentation, working with JSON files, understanding data structures - as a solid level of technical understanding is needed to succeed in this role
  • You have built flourishing relationships with all kinds of customer types and enjoy finding expert solutions for them
  • You are a skilled, proactive communicator, who finds the right tone of voice with different customer types and the right balance between being deeply empathic towards customer needs and our business priorities
  • You are highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  • You have prior experience leading a team
  • You are fluent in German and English
